I started Balance and Success in 2003 when I became a Certified Life Coach.  Back then, the name was a refreshing concept that was “newish” on the market.  Now, it seems a bit over-used.  However, I decided to keep it, because it really is what I strive for.  I believe you do too.  I am here to help as many people as I can to have a successful business doing what they love and spending more time doing other things besides work.  This balance in life makes our time spent here more meaningful.

Professional Background

I have worked in the world of private business, government agencies, and entrepreneurship.  Throughout these ventures, I’ve gained a true understanding of the benefits and the struggles within each genre.  However, ultimately I identify most with the Entrepreneur lifestyle and have managed to crack the code to shift from job to entrepreneur.

• In 1996, I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Career Development. 
• In 2000, I started my own business as a Realtor.
• In 2001, I started Balance and Success Coaching.
• In 2003, I attained my Certificate in Life Coaching.
• In 2005, I attained my Broker’s License and opened my own Real Estate office. Obviously, the crash in the marke didn't go over well.
• In 2009, I re-established Balance and Success to help others reach their goals and have a successful business.

Some Personal Things About Me

I have a dog named Bailey. She’s a Cairn Terrier and one of the best companions ever!

I am a Mother, Wife, Daughter, Niece, Cousin, and friend.  All are very important roles; Family is everything  to me. 

I enjoy gardening and love being home.

My current goals are to help as many people as I can live their authentic business and lifestyle.  Together we can make life on this planet better.
